All year long, Global City Norwich celebrates the heritage and people that make Norwich one of Connecticut’s most vibrant, diverse cities.

Our Heritage Flag Raising ceremonies are a public declaration that every culture represented in this city is seen, honored, and celebrated. From Greece to Guatemala, Haiti to the Philippines, we gather to raise a flag and say: you belong here.
